STRENGTH:

Part 1 - 15 minutes to build up to 1RM yoke carry x 50’ and 30 second plank hold after each attempt.

Part 2 - 15 minutes to build up to 1RM farmer’s carry x 50’ and 20 sit ups after each attempt.

Post WOD mobility.
