10/31/16 - This week we are re-testing versions of the 2016 CrossFit Games Masters WODs, last performed the week of July 18, 2016. Use this time to challenge yourself and reflect on how you have progressed.

Version of Masters Event 1 - "California Club"

8 deadlifts (weight should be a VERY hard unbroken set).

40 v-ups.

80 double unders (or jump tucks or 160 singles).

25 strict pullups (or 25 strict ring rows).

80 wall balls.

25 strict pullups (or 25 strict ring rows).

80 double unders (or jump tucks or 160 singles).

40 v-ups.8 deadlifts (same weight as first set).

Time cap: 20 minutes
