This week we're trying something different by retesting an entire week of WODs from 10 weeks ago (3/14/16). Challenge yourself, have fun, and be sure to reflect on how things have changed!

 

STRENGTH

15 min to build to 1RM farmers carry.

 

WOD

100 walking front rack double KB or double DB lunges.

2 suicide penalty for every drop.

15 min cap

1 suicide = start at the end of the gym and run to the first poles and back. Then to the second set of poles and back. Then to the far wall and back. That is ONE suicide. You must run 2 of these before starting back on the lunges.
