With a partner...

 

3 rounds for time.

 

800m relay run (400m per person - partner A runs, tags partner B, and then partner B runs).

 

50 shoulder to overheads (partition the work any way you want).

 

50 pullups (or C2B if you have them)(partition the work any way you want).

 

Round 2 is 40 reps of each.

Round 3 is 30 reps of each.

 

Men = 135lbs - 185lbs

Women = 65lbs - 115lbs
