Tabata -- Alternate between these two movements:



Double unders (or jump tucks)


Weight on the deadlift should be for 6-8 reps per 20 seconds of work.

Complete 20 seconds of deadlifts followed by 10 seconds rest.

Then complete 20 seconds of double unders followed by 10 seconds rest. 

That equals 1 round.

Repeat for 8 rounds.

Axle, stone, sandbag, DBs, KBs or any other odd object encouraged for the deadlift. Anything but a barbell. #crossfitstrongman #givethebarbellabreak #classwods
