STAMFORD vs. BRIDGEPORT!!

With a partner...

3 min AMRAP gym sprint relay (each person does 50' down, turn around, and 50' back).

4 min AMRAP burpees (one person works at a time).

5 min AMRAP weighted walking overhead lunges (one person works at a time) (45lb plate men / 25lb plate women).

1 min rest

 

4 min AMRAP burpees (one person works at a time).

1 min rest

 

3 min AMRAP gym sprint relay.

 

Score is total combined reps. Please post scores along with team name on the board. There will be one winning team per class time and then an overall winner between both gyms.

Mixed gender partnerships allowed.
