Tabata 8 rounds of 20 seconds work followed by 10 seconds rest. Stamford keg carry.

Bridgeport sandbag carry.

Score is total distance covered.

Object should be as close to body weight as possible.

Object must be carried bear hug style.

Not on the shoulder.

Drop the object after each 20 seconds of work.
