Technique session: power clean

WOD: Partners (similar strength recommended).

4 rounds - 1 person works at a time.

2 min AMRAP power cleans (AHAP with good form AND must do at least 2 reps touch n go per person per turn).

1 min rest

2 min AMRAP assault bike, ski, or row.

1 min rest

Two scores = total cleans and total cals. Teams must use same cardio equipment for all 4 rounds.
