10 wall balls
11 toes to bar
12 muscle ups (or 24 dips)
Performed like the song... You do 1 deadlift. Then 2 HSPU and 1 deadlift. Then 3 pullups, 2 HSPU, and 1 deadlift etc...

Stamford:

Teams of 3 (similar strength recommended)
3 rounds
33 tire flips (partition as needed)
21 relay sprints (100’ — down and back — per person)
*Minimal rest between rounds. 
*Stamford will do “12 Days of Christmas” WOD on Saturday 12/23/17.
