Thursday Option Day
LUNGS: 3 rounds — rest as needed between rounds. Tabata (8 rounds of 20 sec max effort followed by 10 sec rest). Bike, Ski, or Row
*For this option you will complete 8 rounds of 20 sec work followed by 10 sec rest. At the end of 4 minutes you will be finished. Rest and either repeat the same apparatus or choose a different piece of equipment.
SKILL: Choose a skill that you’d like to work on and ask the coach for help.
MAKEUP A WOD: Choose a WOD from the past week or so and let it rip. Ask coach for appropriate scaling options and warm-up progressions.
