Teams of 3 - similar strength. 
3 rounds
100 cals assault bike. 
75 wall balls. 
50 deadlifts (AHAP with good form…no DROPS allowed).
*Deadlift should be heavy enough that the strongest on the team might get 10 reps unbroken. 
 *Do not drop the bar from the top of the deadlift.
*Entire gym does 10 burpees on the spot for dropped bars...not just the team...the whole gym.
