Friday Options:

OPTION 1 — Vested or unvested 1 mile time trial run followed by mobility and rolling.

OPTION 2 — Makeup a wod from earlier this week.

OPTION 3 — “Prison Friday"
1. DB bench press 5 x 12.
2. DB bent over row 5 x 12 per hand AHAP.
3. DB curl and strict press 5 x 8 per hand.
4. Barbell skull crushers 5 x 10.
5. Barbell strict curls 5 x 10.
6. DB lateral raises 5 x 8.
7. DB front raises 5 x 8.

OPTION 4 — Create your own workout.

OPTION 5 — Skill session (pick a skill and work on it with coach).

OPTION 6 — Mix and match any of the first 5 options.
