Teams of 3
Partner A has 60 seconds to do 10 pull-ups and then sprint the balance of the minute on the rower. 
Then partner B does the same thing. 
Then partner C does the same thing. 
*Repeat for an unknown number of rounds. 
*Score is total cals accumulated. 
*Maximum allowed time for pull-ups is 25 seconds. If you’re not done with 10 pull-ups at 25 seconds, hop on the rower and sprint the balance of the minute.
