2 touch n go power cleans (AHAP). 
50 DUs (down by 5s).
*Partner A does 2 touch n go cleans followed by partner B. Then partner A does 50 DUs followed by Partner B. Then repeat 2 touch n go cleans each and complete 45 DUs each.

DU sub is as follows:
*Assault bike 25 seconds for 50, 45, 40 DUs.
*Then 20 seconds for 35, 30, 25. 
*Then 15 seconds for 20, 15, 10. 
*Then 10 sec for 5 DUs. 
*These are all hard rides. No sandbagging.
