Partners - similar strength required.
1 up to 10 and back down to 1 burpees.
1 stone to shoulder after each set of burpees.
*Partner A will complete 1 burpee and 1 stone. Then partner B will complete 1 and 1. Partner A will complete 2 burpees and 1 stone. Then Partner B will do 2 burpees and 1 stone. Each round add 1 burpee till you get to 10 reps and then come back down by 1’s. Stone remains at 1 every round.
