Join Hybrid Athletics for the PARTNER THROWDOWN on October 27!
This is a same-sex partner competition, RX only, for men and women with an emphasis on strongman movements mixed with traditional CrossFit movements.
There will be 3 WODs plus a floater. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners.
No refunds. Transfer of teammates or teams is fine, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to make those changes. Workouts subject to change.
5 Rounds 10 Min Cap- (partner A completes 1st movement then partner B completes 1st movement, etc. When both partners get through all 3 movements then 1 round is complete)

9- Pull ups (any style)
8 min to complete 75 thrusters (135/75)
*partition as needed (1 person works at a time, each partner must complete at least 5 thrusters within the 75 required)
15 min AMRAP (partition as needed, 1 person works at a time)

50 Double Unders
10 min to find Max 50 ft Yoke Carry (Score is total combined weight between both partners, completed 50 ft carry with no drops)
