CrossFit Kids Coach Jessica Angier is a Certified Trainer, inspired by her daughters’ CrossFit enthusiasm. Jess has launched multiple CrossFit Kids programs and has coached more than 100 classes over the past year. The goal is always for an all inclusive, high energy, and most importantly, fun workout that keeps kids moving and smiling.
Class starts on Thursday April 7, 2016, and runs every Thursday in April from 4:30-5:15pm.
Ages 5-12 years old.
