300 pound yoke x 250' and 10 back squats @ 225 400 pound yoke x 200' and 8 back squats @ 275

500 pound yoke x 150' and 6 back squats @ 315

600 pound yoke x 100' and 4 back squats @ 365

700 pound yoke x 50' and 2 back squats @ 405

Scale as needed.  The final yoke should be close to a 1RM 50' carry.  The final 2 squats should feel like they're going to break you.
