Criss Cross of Strict Pullups and Dumb Bell Bench Press 1 up to 10 Strict Pullups

10 down to 1 DB Bench Press

Round 1 will be 1 pullup and 10 bench presses.  Round 2 will be 2/9.  Round 3 will be 3/8.     Continue until you complete 10 strict pullups and 1 bench presses.

Strong--100 pound DB's

Intermediate--70 pound DB's.

Beginner--40 pound DB's.

Women use 66% of men's weights.
