Backward sled drag x 50' Atlas Stone Carry x 50'

Every minute on the minute x 15 minutes

Start a clock and drag a sled backward for 50', turn around, and drag it back 50'.  Immediaely grab an atlas stone and carry it 50', turn around, and carry it back 50'.  The atlas stone can be carried on the shoulder or in the gut.  Rest the balance of the minute and then begin the next round.  Each round should take between 30 and 40 seconds.  Adjust the weights on each implement accordingly.
