Push Jerk Ladder

10 minute amrap of the ladder 1, 2, 3 of Push Jerks @ 205 From the rack, jerk a bar for a single rep.  Rack it.  Take it back out and do 2 reps.  Rack it.  Take it out and do 3 reps.  Rack it and then start the ladder over with a single rep.  Keep repeating the 1, 2, 3 progression for 10 minutes.

Each time you complete your set of 3 you've completed a round.
