Start each minute with 5 burpees and then with the balance of the minute flip a tire until you total 50 flips As a reference you should not be able to get this done in 3 or 4 minutes. Maybe you'll come out of the gate with 12-15 flips in the first minute but if the weight of the tire is right you'll drop sharply in the second minute. I did it with the 650 and scored under 7 minutes. Pick a tire that is going to challenge you but not be too heavy that the wod is 15 minutes plus.
