5 thrusters @ 80% (or more)  of your body weight 4 stones to shoulder @ 80% (or more) of your body weight

Start a clock and do 5 thrusters.  Rest the balance of a minute.  At the top of the next minute do 4 stones to shoulder.  Rest the balance of a minute.  Repeat this process for 20 minutes OR until you cannot complete the work within 60 seconds.

Scaling---thrusters should take less than 25 seconds and the barbell is NOT to be taken from a rack.  Stone should take less than 35 seconds per round.
