1 minute of max reps of walking lunges with 100% of your body weight on the bar

1 minute of max reps of weighted pullups (same weights as round 1)

1 minute max reps of walking lunges with 100% of your body weight on the bar

10 seconds rest

1 minute max reps of weighted pullups (same weight)

Score is total combined reps.  Barbell can be taken out of the rack but you earn style points for cleaning it from the ground and throwing it over your head.
