Men's Series to the Shoulder 115 x 4, 145 x 3, 175 x 2, 215 x 1

For stronger male athletes scale up to the following--

145 x 4, 175 x 3, 215 x 2, 255 x 1

Women's Series to the Shoulder

35 x 4, 65 x 3, 95 x 2, 115 x 1

For stronger female athletes scale up to the following--

65 x 4, 95 x 3, 115 x 2, 145 x 1

Do the series for time.  Rest 5 minutes and repeat x 3 rounds.
