Axle Power Clean Ladder

Using a 2" axle perform a single power clean.  Drop the bar and then do 2 power cleans. Drop the bar and do 3 cleans...then 4...then 5.  The reps should be touch-n-go rather than using a re-grip at the bottom. Repeat this process, from 1 rep up to 5 reps, for 6 minutes.  Score is how many times you climb the ladder from 1 to 5 plus individual reps.

Men's weight >135.  Women's weight >85.
