Farmer's Carry Body Weight Per Hand x 100 feet
Push Jerk Body Weight x 8 reps
Farmer's Carry Body Weight Per Hand x 100 feet
Push Jerk Body Weight x 6 reps
Farmer's Carry Body Weight Per Hand x 100 feet
Push Jerk Body Weight x 4 reps
Farmer's Carry Body Weight Per Hand x 100 feet
Push Jerk Body Weight x 2 reps
Farmer's Carry Body Weight Per Hand x 100 feet
Scale as needed.  If you have a strong grip don't be afraid to challenge it with a heavier load.  The 100 foot carry should be VERY difficult to complete without any drops.
