Death By Front Squat for Sunday 6/24

Sorry for the delays between postings lately.  I've been moving from one house to another and it's been all-consuming. From the rack--Start a clock and perform one front squat.  On the top of the 2nd minute perform 2 front squats.  Each minute add another front squat.  Continue in this fashion until you cannot finish the set inside of the minute.

Men @ Body Weight (or higher)

Women @ 60% Body Weight (or higher)
