Death By Medley(compare to 7/28/12)

Death by 10 meter sprints(turn around every 10 meters) 1 minute rest

Death by axle dead lift @ 315(scale as needed)

1 minute rest

Death by pullups

For each “death by” start a clock and perform 1 rep of the movement.  At the beginning of the 2nd minute perform 2 reps of the movement.  Continue adding 1 rep per minute until you cannot finish the work in 60 seconds.  Rest 1 minute…and then move on to the next movement starting back at 1.

Post loads and successful rounds for each movement.
