Death by Push Jerk

Start a clock and perform 1 push jerk from the rack.  At the beginning of the next minute perform 2 jerks and rest till the beginning of the next minute.  Perform 3 jerks and rest the duration of the minute.  Continue adding one rep per minute until you cannot finish the work inside a minute. Men over 135 pounds

Women over 95 pounds

Scale up or down as needed.
