Dumb Bell Bench Press Drop Set

3 rounds with 3 minutes rest between rounds. Bench Press Heavy Dumb Bells x 5 reps.

Drop the weight by 10 pounds per hand and bench for 7 reps.

Drop the weight by 10 pounds per hand and bench for 9 reps.

Drop the weight by 10 pounds per hand and bench for 11 reps.

Drop the weight by 10 pounds per hand and bench for 13 reps.

The first set should be a 5RM effort.
