Dumb Bell Thruster Fun

Complete as many reps as possible of DB Thrusters in 90 seconds.  Rest 3 minutes and repeat x 5 rounds.  Choose a DB weight that will not allow you to go unbroken.  For each consecutive round try to up the weight even if it's just 5 pounds per hand. Post loads and reps to comments.  Share video if you have it.  Ice your legs when you're done.
