Hello Strongmanwod fans-- Before I say another word I want to apologize for the delay in getting fresh content on the site. I'm training for the CrossFit Games and it is ALL-CONSUMING. Starting tomorrow I will be posting loads of instructional videos that illustrate proper lifting technique on some of the more common equipment we use.
