On the minute x 10 minutes carry a keg that weighs at least 80% of your body weight x 50 feet. Drop the keg and perform 4 burpees with a 1 foot vertical jump after each. Try to use the heaviest possible keg or object that you have available. The "work" portion of this wod should take less than 40 seconds. If you're going over 40 seconds consistently you need to adjust the weight down. If you're finishing the burpees by the 20 second mark you need to adjust the weight up.
