Today is a scheduled rest day for anyone following the site. I'm also going to post the wod for tomorrow because we'll be driving thru the night to get to our next location on the European Strongman Tour. Not sure when I'll have internet access again. Wod for tomorrow--
Tabata Truck/Car Push
Find flat ground and push a Truck or Car as far as possible in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds and repeat x 8 rounds.
Rest 4 minutes.
Tabata Tire Flips
Find a tire that you can flip 4-7 times in 20 seconds. Then, flip the tire x max reps in 20 seconds. Rest 10 seconds and repeat x 8 rounds.
Post what type of truck/car you pushed and what weight tire you flipped to comments. Also post how many reps of flips you complete.
