Single Side Atlas Stone Squats

5 Rounds of the following couplet-- 6 Single-Sided Atlas Stone Squats per Shoulder and 12 GHD Situps

Using an Atlas Stone that weighs at least 50% of your body weight--Shoulder the stone and then perform 6 squats.  Drop the stone, put it on the opposite shoulder, and perform 6 more squats.

As a frame of reference I did this workout with the 175 stone....and it was brutal.  My time was 12:19.
