I made it!!  I'm going back to California for a 3rd consecutive year to compete in the CrossFit Games.  There will be a full write-up of the the weekend within the next few days so stay tuned. Walking Barbell Lunges x 350 feet with body weight on the bar.

Every time you drop the bar you owe 20 air squats as a penalty.

Pick the bar back up and continue on your journey.
