SKILL: Complex practice x 10 minutes.

WOD: 12 attempts to complete the heaviest possible complex of:
Squat clean
Back squat
Front squat

*Bar does NOT need to be pressed completely overhead on either thruster. Simply high enough to get it over the head. 
*The whole complex should be one fluid movement. Do not drop the bar between movements. 
*Rest as needed between attempts.
*Post heaviest successful complex to whiteboard.
