Max stone to shoulder. 
Partner A stone to shoulder while Partner B holds a plank. Switch places as needed. Can only lift stones when person is actively holding the plank.

1 min rest.

6 min AMRAP
Max gym sprints.
Partner A does gym sprints while Partner B holds the stone in the gut.
Switch places as needed. Can only sprint while stone is being held.

1 min rest

4 min AMRAP
Max reps stone to shoulder
Repeat the first AMRAP but instead of holding plank Partner B must hold double KBs or DBs overhead. 
Team name and score for each AMRAP on the whiteboard.
