Partner A does gym sprints while Partner B holds the stone in the gut. Switch places as needed. Can only sprint while stone is being held. 
1 min rest. 

4 min AMRAP.
Max reps stone to shoulder. 
Repeat the first AMRAP, but instead of holding plank Partner B must hold double KBs or DBs overhead.
