10 DB snatches @ 50% body weight (5 per hand)

20 Sledgehammer strikes (as hard as possible)

10 Sandbag get-ups @ 75% body weight (5 per leg)

For the Sandbag–while standing, load the bag on the shoulder.  Keep the bag on the shoulder and lower yourself down to both knees on the ground.  Then stand back up. This is NOT a Turkish Getup.

"Strongman Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Tire Flips @ 3 x BW (Reps)
Sledgehammer Strikes on Tire @ AHAP (Reps)
Stone to Shoulder @ 0.75x BW (Reps)
KB Swings @ 70lbs  (Reps)
Stone Carry (Distance)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the stone carry where every 50ft is one point.
