50 Flips

Start each minute with 5 burpees and then with the balance of the minute flip a tire until you total 50 flips As a reference you should not be able to get this done in 3 or 4 minutes.  Maybe you'll come out of the gate with 12-15 flips in the first minute but if the weight of the tire is right you'll drop sharply in the second minute.
