The workout consists of 24 rounds of three exercises, performed alternately. On even rounds, you will perform one atlas stone to shoulder and 4 reps of dumbbell bench press, and on odd rounds, you will perform one atlas stone to shoulder and 6 reps of toes to bars. The first exercise in each round is a stone to shoulder, where you lift a stone and bring it to your shoulder, and then you move onto bench press or toes to bar depending on whether it is an odd or even round.
